      Pros

      The company has good clients and projects like ZS, PTC, BSE, Steelwedge and more. The projects they have can also teach one a lot, also you learn about various domains working with different clients and projects. The coworkers and management are decent people to work with. Since, it is a small firm, growth is fast. The seniors always positively trust and encourage employees to take initiatives and develop leadership skills, so they can have more leaders in the firm.

      Cons

      The salary is way lesser as per industry standards. The computers with extremely small desktops. Low opportunities for training and certifications. Good projects but less, thus sometimes employees might be on bench for months.

      No pros about company. Flexible Timing

      Cons

      Worst place to work. Worklife not balance. No comp Off. No Cab. No Food Facility. CEO is Worst. Management in Worst. Nothing to Learn in the Company. Worst Tool developed by there Team. I can say 1st Test your tool and then use that tool to test other application to Test. CEO's character is questionable. Salary increment is very less. I can say it is negligible. HR is worst. Management are worst. No process follow in the company.
