Friendly HR, good processes and reward system. Usually smaller teams, management aware of the strength of the employees. Many verticals, flexibility to work in different domains.
Cons
Clients can be demanding at times. Less buffer resources, have to rely on external hiring most of the times, difficult to scale up the teams.
