Pros

I am working at Zensar and I am getting good exposure to projects and enjoying Zensar work culture. It is a trying time and getting a job offer with a good salary package for freshers comparable to other companies is the best thing. My onboarding happened smoothly despite the wfh situation. I was given company understanding in induction, onboarding happened online. My manager is extremely helpful and always approachable for any work-related issue. The work-life balance and work culture are extremely good at Zensar, better than my past organization. I am enjoying the work from anywhere policy and learning a lot from the courses shared through the Zensar app. Leave policy is also good.

Cons

Everything is good about Zensar. Not found any cons till date.

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
