Time flexibility but nothing else.

Once your account is blocked you will be thrown out immediately from the company. If you call the management people your call will not be picked up. Most of the tutors do not get sessions after working the whole night. We get compensation only for the session time. If you remain logged in for 6 hours and you get student only for 1 hour it means that your 5 hours are totally wasted and such things happens most of the times.

1. without any mistake ,without any reason management will fire you. 2.once you block then it takes unlimited time to renew and some time its not occour. 3. planning is very poor. 4.sessions are not for more time , 5.in starting you dont get the sessions atleast 15 days
