Facilities are pretty bad actually. No investment at all. Offices are shabby & dirty. Canteen also bad. Communication is a big problem & what is communicated is half true or blatant lies. V little trust in management, they tell you whatever suits them today, no honesty with staff and with customers. I was advised by one v snr mgr to 'Bluff it'. Mgt uses engineers to make profit, no regard or care for staff. 2 CEOs!?! mgt 'team' is weak & v inconsistent. CFO v angry man. Sales team are chancers. Heads per Region are amateurs. Finance driven not people driven. A lot of nepotism and favours. Different treatment for different folk.
