      Terrible management, good wage, diabolical atmosphere - Recruitment Consultant Zenith Search Employee Review

      Good wage and nice location

      Cons

      Terrible leadership/ management as well as a depressing atmosphere to work in. The boss says it's a work hard play hard environment, which is far from the truth. There are never any work incentives, and no goals to work towards. Every employee is treated differently (mainly due to outside of work relationships). Overall you will be paid well, but have no fun or enjoyment in the work you do. Also, you will most likely get cheated out of money.

      We’re sorry to hear your experience at Zenith was not a good one. Most staff here are very happy in the environment and we try to provide a platform and opportunity for all new staff, including incentives, targets and goals. Ultimately not everyone is cut out for recruitment, but we wish you luck in future endeavours.

      Pros

      The day is well structured and split between clients in different timezones US / UK/ ASIA. The team is very collaborative and more experienced staff members always have time to explain and guide. Since I joined I have learned so much and I'm now reaping the benefits!

      Pros

      Smart people, great clients, work hard, play hard culture

      Cons

      You are expected to know what to do and get on with it. Management is minimal save for occasional one on ones and quarterly reviews, which isn't ideal for people new to the space.
