Pros

My co-workers are helpful and supportive.

Cons

There’s an insane level of micromanagement and toxicity here at Zenith Prep Academy. Our leaders are extremely problematic and disrespectful, yet they expect employees to work with maximum enthusiasm. They are verbally abusive, and they sometimes humiliate employees in front of their co-workers.

Unfortunately, these are where these anonymous reviews by a few former employees who create multiple accounts becomes problematic. Not because of your ability to leave a review, but because of the falsehoods they contain. Company policy holds that every single meeting is recorded. So, let's make a deal. Please provide examples of the verbal abuse that occurred, especially those in front of others, and I will happily share those recordings here on this review. I believe the best approach here is transparency. If you would like me to provide you personally with the recordings of these complaints, please feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I have to reach the conclusion that this is not a legitimate review, but rather the continued efforts of a very small number of former employees who were not comfortable with accountability. I am always open to further continuing this conversation, here or through another platform. I think with this topic, like any other, the primary goal should be to discover the most accurate representation of events through evidence.

Pros

They at least provide the staff with office supplies.

Cons

The academy doesn't provide you with equipments and have to use your own! Your laptop, cell phone, and other larger equipment you might need for the job. They're terribly cheap but they expect their staff to work harder than most people do.
