      Awesome team and talented sales reps. Has potential to grow just isn't there yet. Pay is good.

      Cons

      No growth. Been stuck in seat as a BDR for years now, favoritism from the CRO is more or less how you get promoted. Toxic management.

      Pros

      Great marketing team. Always feel like I have autonomy and space to speak up! My manager goes above and beyond for us!

      Cons

      It's a startup. So plans can change in an instant. Goals will move last minute so you have to be flexible. (Sort of granted at any startup)
