Pros
1. Inspiring colleagues. 2. Plenty of opportunities to explore new things and learn. 3. Amazing culture and support within Tech teams. 4. Got in touch with technologies that are highly used and requested in the industry. 5. Mentorship from Tech Leaders and Senior engineers, not strictly in current matters but also on how to further develop your skills based on your future career goals. 6. All opinions were heard and discussed. 7. Opportunities to be involved in various processes outside tech, like user research, recruiting etc. 8. Flexible hours
Cons
1. Many times it was not clear who is responsible for what, and although everyone tried to help, that brought unnecessary stress within the team. 2. Some internal processes, like 360 feedback were in early development stage and that caused confusion and un-transparency from time to time. 3. There is an unlimited vacation policy but it's kind of unclear. 4. Mandatory sprint review meeting every Friday at 17:00 that ended up being exhausting after company started growing, and it could just be replaced by an internal newsletter.
