Pros
The people who work here are some of the smartest people I've ever met. We are working on fun, interesting, and challenging projects on a daily basis. I have been pleased with the fact that when I bring a new idea or technology to the crew for consideration, the idea is given a rigorous discussion, and more often than not, my ideas have been adapted into our workflow. I've had good experiences so far with flexibility of scheduling. If I need time off for family reasons, I get it, without any hassle. It's nice to have full benefits including health care, dental and vision. If you have a family the company contribution won't cover everything and you will have some deductions from your paycheck. I've read the negative reviews from some other former staffers on this site and to be honest it just sounds like sour grapes. I've been in the web development business for a long time and this is, without a doubt, the best company I've worked for. There has been a lot of turnover even since I've been here but I think it's for the best. The people who left weren't cut out for the fast pace of development here.
Cons
This can be a high-stress environment. The production queue is nearly always extremely full and there is considerable pressure to perform. There can be a "do more with less" approach, but I personally believe you can only "do less with less". The company does have a tendency to under-compensate in terms of salary.
