Approachable/Kind CEO, female owned, diverse team, incredible work environment, beautiful studio, advanced technology, "open door" policy for all management, young team, high energy, fast paced, great team building and office activities, opportunity for internal growth, dynamic environment, exceeds clients expectations

Challenging work environment, Zenda is growing rapidly, they are experiencing normal growing pains (schedule changes, extra work/shift in plan/execution, business travel, turnover etc etc) This has pushed people out, departing in less than a year. Management has high expectations of their team, they push you to learn, develop and grow! Challenging you to do better and exceed expectations in the office, for clients, on your work and as part of the team. If you are committed to them they will be committed to you.

We try to be the right employer for everyone that joins, but know that on occasion, it doesn't work out. We are a small consulting firm, so things can be pretty challenging, especially if this is your first job.

The review doesn't mention that when the employee was asked to leave the company, they already had a new job - clearly, not a great fit for either party. But we all move on. Everyone's first job is a learning experience and a gamble! In 7/19 review lots of mean spirited, sour grapes tossed out there - ageism, claims of abuse, coat tails, university professor warnings, groveling. Jees, honestly not reflective of how ZENDA treats our people. But internet anonymity lets folks say anything they please - even untrue things. I am sorry you felt compelled to tarnish a place so many folks you seem to like, continue to work.
