Fully remote with benefits, but training needs improvement - Sales Representative Zencare Employee Review

I had a really good experience working at Zencare a few years ago! The leadership team was extremely organized and the job was very structured. Additionally, there was an amazing culture of work-life balance. Leadership and employees all logged off work in the evenings and we had quiet hours, which meant staff was encouraged not to email or send a slack message from the evening until the next morning. A great place to work!

The commission structure was minimal and there wasn't opportunity to make a lot more money through commission.

I was accepted, they took my money, then told me that I wasn't able to onboard as pre-license despite dozens of lesser qualified on their site - examples provided. I'm a masters level clinician, hold a MSMHC and MHA, working on PhD, under supervision, passed the boards (NHMHCE).

They have dozens of Massachusetts' LMHC "pre-licensed clinicians" on their site, indicating their supervisor's license on their profile. Yet I was turned away with no response as to their application of policy as to who gets on their site.
