The team is small but extremely capable, and because everyone is close to the work, good ideas move fast. It's genuinely exciting to be in a space like web data and AI infrastructure right now, and ZenRows puts you right at the center of it.

The pace is relentless, and the ownership model means there's little hand-holding. You're expected to figure things out quickly and move fast. That said, the web data and AI space evolves at a speed that almost demands this kind of culture.
