Pros
- Everyone is really nice and welcoming, starting with the leadership. From the CEO on down, this place feels like family and is nice, kind people you want to spend time with - Everyone cares about their work and works as a team to achieve the same goals - benefits are good, including hybrid working environment (in office or remote)
Cons
- Growing pains that come with all small companies trying to become medium sized company (this is a good problem to have!)
