Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that our head of HR holds all the necessary schooling and qualifications for the position. While many team members have been with the company for several years and naturally developed friendships, the primary criterion for all positions have always been the relevant qualifications.
Client management, including addressing attendance issues, is handled by our case coordinating team, which is entirely separate from HR. Clients adhere to full policies based on both Zelexa and state requirements. However, employees would not be privy to any disciplinary actions taken against clients for policy violations, just as families are not privy to employee discipline.
Regarding extended wait times for a new client, there are multiple steps to ensure each client is ready for services. Our case coordinating team works diligently with families and insurance providers to make this process as timely as possible.
