Lots of talented people worked there.

I worked there when it was still Heliolytics and it was horrible. They micromanaged every minute of our work. The management didn't really have skills and then even didn't calculate anything, they just assumed made performance plots without any real statistics. They were also no room for improvement, they hired master's graduates or immigrants and exploited them with a data entry job. There was also a dynamic of more senior people constantly bullying people just because they were senior. They also finally hired a lot of people from other countries and mass lay off us, then mixed the company and let those people go and again hired new people!
