      Working at Zeifmans has been an awesome experience — the company really invests in your long-term career goals and growth with tons of learning opportunities and mentorship. Leadership is super accessible and supportive, and the team culture is all about collaboration, respect, and celebrating wins together. Everyone is very respectful and offers a decent work-life balance for an accounting firm, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it feels like a place where you’re genuinely valued and where new ideas are actually encouraged

      Pros

      - Open environment to ask questions, communication is key in any team across the company - Teams work together well and coordinate with other teams to complete deadlines and deliverables. Partners want you to grow if you put in the work. - Hybrid work environment is flexible - No micromanagement for the most part - Standardized practices and process - so if you can easily follow and learn those processes you will succeed. - Better work life balance than other mid-large accounting firms (Fridays 3pm sign off during non-busy season and Fridays off in July & Aug) - Overall, a good well managed PA firm that listens to your issues as well.

      Cons

      - None really, obviously the workload and tax season pressures, but as I said better than other firms. - Clients can be pain sometimes if books are not clean or have a lot of adjustments to be made - just like any other PA firm though.
