Owners are pleasant with the employees

The marketing department is very fragmented and neglectful towards their new employees. You don't get adequate advice and training to do your job to the best of your ability. There is a lot of gossip and back stabbing between employees. This is a family owned business so there's a lot of kissing up to the owners by certain managers and in turn be able to gain immunity to treat other employees poorly. Their is no strategy to planning out solutions with marketing projects. If you are a creative or marketing person looking at ZFS for employment keep in mind based on my experience there, if you are receiving positive feedback on your work it means nothing towards your review. They also are technologically behind in regards to website and social media which made my job more difficult there at the time. The best advice that I can give you is to tread carefully if you get hired into this company and also it may not be worth the drive.
