The current management system is poor, higher ups want things that the store cannot accomplish due to lack of labor available, they will seemingly hire anyone as GM. Nepotism is a front line problem at Zeeks dating back decades. The current GM at the location i worked at is manic in all the wrong places. Micromanagement to a degree i have never experienced before.
