Pros
Great learning platform. Worked with every department. Great place to learn about how a media company works even if you have zero knowledge prior to joining the office.
Cons
Biased team. There are a lot of discrepancies in the team management and handling of responsibilities. Some people work a lot and some just pretend to work a lot. Seniors should not be biased. It is highly demotivating.
