Micromanaging Favouritism Low pay for high-stress environment from customers and management Almost always given evening shift unless you "earn" a morning shift Will feel burnt out after couple months Discourage to get up from desk unless you take your break or need to ask a question, becomes painful and exhausting over long periods of time High turnover due to mismanagement Rules and policies constantly changing Competitive, high pressure environment Poor communication from management Strict policy enforcement for most agents but not all Scoldings from customers and management The more you complain to management, the better treatment you get Very small chance of career growth within the company Clients are controlling and so is management
