I love this company and what it stands for. Great reputation from a product standpoint and great people for the most part.

They always say your manager makes or breaks your experience at a company. Unfortunately mine is one that needs people skills coaching and working on delivery of messaging to employees. Scare tactics do not work well for me or long term.

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
