Being a part of a mainly Czech-speaking team that most of the time didn't care to switch to English and make you feel included. Ended up feeling not included, less productive, and mostly working from home since I felt less wanted in the office. Poor management of the HR team in Brno. It is mainly project management related and loses the sense of "carrying" about the employee and human value". My personal experience with my manager was not ideal, it started well in the first 3 month but later, she was not able to catch up with me and discuss any issues that might appear in the workplace. She was always contacting me for a 1:1 once per week to give me tasks and i was joining calls and projects on a last minute call, by getting an invitation by a colleague from an other continent and therefore I hadn't the time to express my opinion and see if my schedule is busy or not. Also, when I needed to contact my manager for an absence or a PTO approval, she was never available and that gave me stress and anxiety. I felt unwanted and that my personal needs couldn't be heard. Lastly, 3 months before my contract ended, I asked for feedback and for a contract renewal and she said she would assign me to new projects to see my performance, just before my contract ended! Of course, that didn't happen, and on the contrary, she manegd to give me fewer and less tasks these three months so my performance was low and have more "evidence".
