Pros

Its really difficult to identify the pros when they simply dont exist.

Cons

If you think your hard work will get appreciated and you will get a promotion as a result - forget about it. Just like any other manufacturing company, engineering talent is not appreciated at Zebra. Unless you are in sales or marketing, forget about here staying more than a couple of years with a hope to grow in your field and become a better specialist.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
