Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits, Excellent Paid-Time-Off policy, They have been on a roll for 5 years, Great people in many orgs and departments.

Cons

If you work for the wrong organization in the company, it can be a horrible work environment. Beware of politics, especially in the orgs based in the Holtsville, NY location. Nepotism inhibits career opportunities.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
