Pros

Competitive benefits, fun co-workers, flexible with working from home if needed, many office locations to accommodate employees from all over

Cons

Zebra is still stuck on some Motorola programs, even though it has been over 2 years since the acquisition (preventing the company from truly being "One Zebra"). Many people got screwed over when Zebra decided to skip raises for half the employees (partial bonuses were added on only after they realized these employees were upset they were not getting any kind of raise).

Thanks for the feedback and candor, its much appreciated. We have worked hard to ensure we offer the right rewards, work environment and many other accommodations to our employees. Executing a large acquisition as we did with Motorola is a massive undertaking. Implementing and phasing out systems can take up to or more than 3 years in some cases. We're proud to say we've hit all of our systems integration targets to date.

Pros

Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

Cons

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
