The Management team really cares about their employees, as long as you work hard and show them proper respect. Great Benefits for a restaurant, if you work more than 30 hrs a week. If you are trying to get into restaurant management this is a good company to work for since they always promote from within. Fun, fast-paced, lively environment. The relationship between the front of house workers and the kitchen is very friendly, everyone gets along.
