      1. The part-timers are nice and friendly, helps to get through the day together 2. Most full-timers are very helpful and friendly they teach you a lot of stuff 3. Pay is not bad ($11-$13/hr)

      Cons

      1. Customers can be...something just remember you are only here for the money not the experience 2. Manager can be very strict just get out of her way lol 3. Very very fast paced and understaffed. You must be mentally strong and catch things fast. People can be mean to you but seriously just have a dont care attitude and just clock in clock out you will be fine. Dont take things personally

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
