      Depending on your store and managers you can have a great opportunity to learn and go from SA to manager if you are smart, fast and motivated.

      Cons

      Long hours, inventories and sales are not fun. I spent more time working and than with my family.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
