Pros
- I worked in the small shop ZARA in Tallinn (Ülemiste) so we didnt have much customers (as I saw in Athens, Rome, Prague) - Co-workers were really helpful and cheerful. Maybe it is just luck - Quite easy job in terms of problems solve - They always gave to me 15 minutes brake when I wanted to - My manager was just the best. Very understanding and helpful. Cons
- Salary is really low - Custemers sometimes are rude and even agressive, but it is up to you how to react (and customer support mostly always looks like that) - Not many opportunities to grow - Lunch-time is not paid - Pointless trainings mostly every month (the only good thing is that they were paid and I loved to spend time with my co-workers - friends) - Running is just crazy. And during sales fitting rooms are always full
