      Pros

      2 hour lunches. Unlimited time off. Everyone who worked there was cool.

      Cons

      To put it simply, management ran the company into the ground by blowing their budget on parties, travel, and hotels, and cost approximately 30 employees their jobs. In my time at the company, I witnessed multiple waves of layoffs.

      Pros

      Zapper, as a company, has been around for years, but is just now establishing itself in the USA. The team here is energetic and excited to be bringing this company to the US. The work is very collaborative, and everybody's voice matters. Feedback from superiors is always constructive. Trying out ideas and testing theories is always encouraged. Work/family life balance has been great. Supervisors are very understanding when family members are sick and you need to work from home.

      Cons

      If you require the structure and rules of a well established corporation, this might not be the place for you.
