Pros
Though it is not an easy process to get through the interview at ZANEC, once you are there, you will realise the opportunities available and standards, quality required. All projects at ZANEC are software R&D projects and almost all projects require lot of learning, as the technologies used are very latest. Long term rewards through stock options are excellent.
Cons
Work is quite tough and it is not for the faint hearted. One has to have the aptitude to learn new things constantly as most projects are of R&D in nature.
