Good Salary and nice discount on shops, in general great international colleagues. Epic yearly company parties. Possible to get promotions every 1-2 years if you are a high performer and have the support from your manager and skip lead.
Cons
- Mass layoffs and re-structures every couple of years - Regardless of your performance you might get canned if your SVP or VP does not have your teams back
