Pros
Zalando provides a good work-life balance and a good work environment. Depending on the team you are in there are development opportunities.
Cons
The development opportunities are limited to certain parts of the business but usually people have to move internally to get promotions. The salary is very low and if you get promoted you are getting average 10-15% and internal applicants are not allowed to negotiate the salary. Another issue is relate to the toxic positivity within the company.
