Cons
This review is based on the sales department only.
- No new employee training program and no focus on continued education
- Ideal customer profile is unclear and always changing, making it extremely difficult for sales to target and sell
- High customer churn rate
- Workplace politics, certain people are given additional resources to be successful leaving others to fend for themselves
- Upper level management is inexperienced and there is a lack of transparency and accountability
- New ideas, suggestions and concerns are not welcomed with upper level management
- Lower level management is spread too thin, primarily focused on their own opportunities meaning less time and support to dedicate to their team
- Quotas are constantly changing and compensation is negatively impacted
- Unattainable promotion path for most
- Consistent trend in individuals and team not hitting quota
- High employee turnover & low team morale
- Limited, almost nonexistent budget for team outings
- Culture of fear (losing your job) instead of supporting and motivating
