The staff are wonderful, smart, hardworking people who are fun to be around. Everyone seems to get along and easy to work with. The hours are fair and they offer decent health/dental/vision. The co-founders are outdated narcissistic man-children who get easily offended when things don't go perfectly their way. They are greedy and underpay their staff. They've told staff asking for pay increases that it would me "less money in my pocket then." They are known for being in and out of the office on a whim. Most the the staff feel more productive when the co-founders are out of the office. Both are high-tempered, and on more than one occasion have shouted at staff for various incomprehensible reasons. Also, paid time off accrues pretty slowly. In summery: Toxic upper management Low-pay Not enough paid time off.
