Weekly paychecks with not so bad payment amounts, previous employment with them helps your chances in getting hired again, and family oriented working environment...if you are open to allow closer relationships with co-workers.
Cons
Advancing to higher positions will be based on who you know and their relationship with the next person. Too many people watching the next person to go and tell managers on irrelevant information. I have watched people destroy a person's integrity and future existence at the company. Managers depend on everyone else to tell them what's happening instead of actively keeping an eye on things and finding out what is really happening. Too many people were docked based on someone else's relationship with a higher manager. Lastly, certain people (races) will never be in the top level positions. Research that and see for yourself.
