Pros
It has very big platform where we can find suitable job opportunities. It possess huge numbers of patents which expend our outlook. Every year the company offer free training to us and we can always breathe the fresh air. It cares employees and offers us so many activities.
Cons
Sometimes the rewards policy is not executed completely and the penalty is a little rigorous. Sometimes the KPI is not very clear and capable people would do more jobs.
