Pros
Great people... some of the smartest you'll ever meet. There is also an ability to work on more projects in the smaller offices than in a larger office (not always true). If you don't specialize you end up knowing sales and marketing in Pharma very very well after only a few years.
Cons
Know what you're getting into. This is long hours with a steep learning curve. If you get negative because of long hours and hard work- this isn't the place for you. If you can't push through regardless you probably shouldn't try to get in the door. You'll need to crunch. You have to do it with a smile knowing your working with a great team.
