Awesome people, go-getters, informal collegiate atmosphere, very friendly people, great place to work for data anlytic oriented folks who want to do a bit of management consulting as well
Cons
ZS is a management consulting that has a strong data analytics focus. However, it needs to reconcile technology focus with data analytics focus. People with strong technical and software development background need to be handled in a different way than management consultants. Right now, there is lack of clarity and focus on these domains. This also results in lack of growth, lack of opportunities, and in some cases, diminished morale - especially for senior employees.
