Pros
The people at ZS by and large really live their values in "treating people right" - not that their perfect, but they are not really tolerant of total sociopaths in leadership positions. Seriously.
Cons
like other consulting firms, WLB can be challenging, and staffing policies which allow up to 47 hour work weeks don't help. I manage to keep it under control, but i think it's harder for associates and associate consultants to say no. Also, i get the impression that the project work varies from very interesting to mind numbingly boring... i've never done the latter, but i do hear the frustration from others
