      - Amazing and very smart people who are always willing to help - No a-type crazy competitive consultants - Very intellectually stimulating work - Great geographic coverage and mobility - Very flat organization and meritocracy driven work culture - Very comprehensive and transparent review process - Significantly less travel vs. other consulting firms - Better than industry average retention

      Cons

      - A lot of focus on healthcare (not a Con for me but may be for some) - Focus on sales and marketing issues - strategic as well as operational (again - good for some but may be restrictive) - This is consulting - so wake up and face the reality - you are not going home at 5 pm everyday!

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help and support one another, creating a highly collaborative environment. It's a great place to start your career because of the amount of knowledge, mentorship, and guidance available. The company also supports a hybrid work setup, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, feedback is generally well-received and encouraged

      Cons

      Work hours can be quite taxing - as is expected in consulting.
