Pros
Nice people. Very good culture and working environment. My experience with ZS was pretty good since the interview process. The information day they offer is also very helpful for understanding the future work place and get to know all the people who will be working with you. The most important reason I chose ZS is because of its people. The willingness to help and the college alike interpersonal relationship makes working in the firm extremely easy and comfortable.
Cons
Limited customer type and endless data analysis. The job can be a bit boring considering the fact that the day-to-day job is quite similar.
