Pros
Though I am only a couple of months in ZIM, it was enough to understand that I am a part of a unique Company. Not only by how they communicate and transmit the goals and visions, but also by having been exposed and experienced a high level of Human Relationships, caring for Employees from the very beginning as for Customers as one. Things like this can only happen when the Management is truly committed to its beliefs and lets us feel we are a part of it. ZIM has just invested in an Outstanding Workshop for Global Customer Service Managers, bringing them from all over the world to the H.O in Haifa, what in my opinion will definitely lead to a consolidation and a high-level synergies which will take the company more steps ahead!
