      - good place to learn and develop your skills - open floor plans, everyone is close together which ensures better communicaton - good benefits - 401k; medical/dental/vision; corporate discounts - pay is about/above industry average

      Cons

      - career growth is somewhat limited to positions in the HQ - some managers lack leadership skills - no team buildings corporate events

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
