Pros
The company is a nice place to work, with a clean, safe and conducive environment that promotes productivity. Staff enjoy annual salary increments and a 13th-month bonus. In profitable years, the company also pays profit sharing bonuses, which is commendable. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its culture. Colleagues genuinely look out for one another, creating a strong sense of teamwork and belonging. The bond among employees is remarkable and unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. The HR team regularly organizes programs and initiatives to motivate and engage employees, which helps boost morale and makes staff feel valued. The company provides health insurance for all staff, including contract employees, showing strong commitment to employee welfare. Management and expatriate staff are approachable, friendly and respectful, making collaboration easier across all levels
Cons
There is currently no work from home option in my region. Promotions are not frequent and some employees remain in the same position for many years despite their contributions. Compensation is not very competitive compared to similar companies in the industry.
