Pay was ok. Decent autonomy.
Cons
Management actively reduced head count and employed more freelancers specifically to be able to fire people without Kündigungsschutz. Used it for layoffs with minimal severance. Unnecessarily threatened employees with legal action. Nights and Weekends on-call without pay.
