      - No such pros apart from IG metall contract.

      Cons

      - Allowance is as per IG Metall so nothing to comment on Salaries. - Company's management do not know how to manage resource but that is similar in other suppliers as well.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
