Toxic HR and above - CNC Machine Operator ZF Group Employee Review

HR and above do not care about you, and will look for reasons to fire you. Unless you are part of the club, and a "friend of the boss", you are less than an ant. We had an anonymous employee survey, and 80% had a highly negative view of management. This is a union shop, and everyone in management that was a problem is still here afterwards. If they would fire everyone from HR and up, this would be a better place to work.
