      Pros

      Good starting salary package for freshers and interns.

      Cons

      Very poor promotion cycle. The yearly hike is postponed stating cost-cutting reasons. Very bad office location with very small cafeteria.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
